Nowadays, I mostly see tomboys hating on pink, skirts & dresses, barbie, etc. A lot of times, people look down on characters just because they are feminine.(Princess Peach, Rarity, etc...) Okay look, girly girls aren't "girls who are obsessed with boys, dresses, shopping, pink, dolls, hearts etc.". I am tired of people assuming that being girly makes you stupid/useless/weak/dumb. So they like pink and glittery things? That won't stop them from liking "manly" things such as football. It provokes me how most tomboys act as if they are more superior to feminine girls.

It's annoying that almost all tomboys look down feminine girls and assume we are weak or incompetent. Girly does not equal prissy and it does not equal weak. Just look at this stupid journal:  why I like tomboys better than girly girlsWell I don't know about my friends but I know I like tomboys.

Point Two: you don't have to worry about them going out by themselves because they can handle themselves better in a fight than a girly girl.
Point Three: when moving heavy objects, she is just as strong as you and thus you and her can work as a team, relying on each other helps to make the bonds in your relationship all that much stronger.
Point four: If ever you get jumped you know you can rely on your girl to have your back.
Point Five: No beating around the bush when you and your girl have a disagreement, or when she don't like something you did or do, you know she's going to tell you and not going to sugarcoat it.
